We offer a variety of services with our own unique touch to make your every visit a relaxing experience here at Mint Salon and Spa.

CANCELLATION POLICY

We understand schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, we respectfully require 24 hours notice for cancellations or changes to the services you have scheduled.

If an appointment is missed or cancelled within 24 hours of your original appointment time, a 50% deposit will be required to make additional appointments. Deposits are non-refundable. 

NO CALL/NO SHOW

If you do not show up on the scheduled date and time of your scheduled appointment a 50% deposit will be required to make additional appointments, as well as credit card information on file. Additional no call/no show will be charged 50% of services missed. Deposits and fees are non-refundable.

TARDINESS

If you are running late, please call to let us know. Should you arrive after 15 minutes, your appointment may be forfeited due to not being able to give you quality services to our standards.
